so... the purpose of this brushes is add some texture in one click? cause the default master diameter it so big

so the purpose of this brushes is completely for adding some effect in one click? cause i try it, the master diameter is so big,its like if u wanna add some dust effect in the canvas,is that right?

I Don't Have Photoshop, But I Downladed Gimp And I'll Try Them There Since It's Supposed To Be An Application That Is Very Similar
